DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE §341(a)
Please send the following documents to
precon@portland13.com no later than
5 days prior to the first meeting of creditors (341):

60 days of the most
recent pay stubs
-
Bank statements for all
accounts that includes the balance
on the day of filing and 30 days prior.

Most recent
filed state and federal tax
returns (be sure they are redacted!)
-
Completed
DSO
worksheet if applicable.
REMEMBER: Do not send more
than the request above. If the Trustee requires additional
documents, you will be informed at the first meeting (341). If you
cannot send these documents prior to the first meeting, bring them
to that meeting for review.
