The Chapter 13 Trustee's office offers electronic payment service via ACH, and
we encourage your participation.
ACH is the quickest most accurate way to receive your payments from our office.
Funds are posted to your bank account within 2 days. You will receive an
email notification of ACH funds posted to your bank account that includes a
payment advice.
If you
are interested in participating, complete the
ACH Authorization Form, include a
copy of a voided check and return via email to
jackieb@portland13.com
If you are already receiving your payments via ACH please keep this email and
ACH Authorization Form in case you should ever need to provide us with updated
banking information
