Moving? Please fill out the proper form and file it with the court (you should seek help from your attorney). 

The Trustee will receive notification of the filing directly from the Bankruptcy Court if your document is filed properly. 

The Trustee cannot make any changes to your mailing address without receiving a change request in writing.

Lost your job? If your employer was making your Chapter 13 Plan payment for you as a wage garnishment you will now be

responsible for making the payment yourself.  You can make your payments online by clicking here or you can mail a money order or cashier's check

to our PO Box in Memphis (see Payment Address above).
